We booked a mini-bus with Camila Tours & Travel for a university club field trip to a museum in NYC. We were a bit nervous as their quote was much, much cheaper than the other bus charter companies we had previously called. Fortunately, their representatives were helpful, polite, and very patient with us while our university had us jumping through hoops to access club funds. There was a minor issue with payment due to some miscommunications but it was quickly rectified with a refund the next day and an apology. It didn't take long for us to realize we had nothing to worry about and we were getting a great deal without a decrease in the quality of service. Our driver, Paul, arrived a half hour before our departure time and was very polite. We arrived with no problems and he was at the museum ten minutes or so before our departure time, ready to go whenever we were all on board. We ended up getting caught up in a snow storm on the way back and the driving conditions were horrendous. We passed a lot of accidents on our way back home to NJ but our return ride was very smooth. We were very grateful and happy to have Paul as our driver. He was excellent and kept our ride rather uneventful beyond our club activities! Camila Tours & Travel was fantastic and we will definitely be doing business with them again in the near future!!!
